To check what operating system your device is using:-
We suggest you screen shoot this page for us and include within this request.
For IOS:-
- Go to settings
- Go to General
- Go to About
- Note down IOS Version, Model Name, Model Number
For Android:-
- Go to Settings
- Scroll down and select About phone or About device.
- Look for Android version or Software information this will show the version of Android currently installed on your device.
The app version can be seen upon startup under the logo, or at the bottom of the menu tab in the app.
To find your Purchase ID:-
For iOS (App Store) Users:

Open the Settings app on your iPhone or iPad.

Tap your name at the top to access your Apple ID settings.

Select Media & Purchases and then tap View Account.

Tap Purchase History.

Scroll to find your My Site Witness subscription purchase.

Tap on the purchase to see the transaction details, including the Order ID or Document Number.

Please take note of the Order ID or take a screenshot and send it to us.
Alternatively:

Open your email account associated with your Apple ID.

Search for the receipt email from Apple for your My Site Witness subscription.

The Order ID will be listed in the email.
For Android (Google Play Store) Users:

Open the Google Play Store app on your Android device.

Tap the profile icon in the top-right corner.

Select Payments & subscriptions, then tap Budget & history.

Under the Purchase history section, find your My Site Witness subscription.

Tap the transaction to view the details, including the Order Number (which typically starts with "GPA").

Please provide the Order Number or send a screenshot of this page.
Alternatively:

Open your email account associated with your Google Play account.

Search for the receipt email from Google Play for your My Site Witness subscription.

The Order Number will be listed in the email.
